Two cards, each with two Jokers, are used in the rummy card game. To win the rummy card game, a player must declare correctly by choosing and discarding cards from the two piles. The second pile comprises the cards the players have discarded, while the first is a closed deck in which a player cannot see the card he is choosing. Object Of the Game
Each player tries to match sequences of three or more cards or groups of three or four cards of the same suit.
Players draw the top card from the stock or choose it from the discard pile and add it to their hand, starting with the player on the dealer’s left. The player (matched set) may place any meld face-up on the table. A player adds one face-up card to the discard pile if he decides not to form a meld. If a player draws from the discard pile, they are not permitted to discard the same card again that turn.
Any matched pair on the table may add one or more cards from the player’s hand. When they see threes, for instance, they could add the fourth three; when they see 10, 9, 8, they might add J, or Q, J, 7, or 6, and so on.
Players win the game when they discard all of their cards. The player may lay down all their remaining cards without discarding them on their last turn if all of their remaining cards match. There is no longer any opportunity to play the game.
The next player may either take the top card from the discard pile or turn the stock over to create a new supply (without shuffling it) and draw the full card if no players have left the game and the last card of the stock has been drawn. After then, the game resumes where it left off.
